Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to
secure an appointment-

$100 deposit - Eyebrow Tattooing
$150 deposit for bundled appointments
$75-$95 deposit - Freckles
$60 deposit - Beauty Spot
$100 Sydney bookings


Reschedule/Cancellation

Deposits are strictly non refundable (unless this relates to previously tattooed eyebrows, see note below*)

  • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, notice of at least 3 days is required for the deposit to transfer to a new appointment.

  • If you wish to cancel your appointment, deposits are not refundable.

  • Last minute reschedules outside of this time frame will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

  • Clients who schedule an appointment, will be contacted in advance to confirming their appointment. If a client does not confirm their appointment within 2 days of the scheduled booking, will have their booking canceled.

  • No shows will not be welcome to rebook in future.

  • If a no show rebooks at a later date, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit automatically forfeited. We respect and value your time, please respect ours.

If you are unwell, have tested positive for Covid, or are exhibiting symptoms, please be courteous and provide as much notice as possible. Please do not arrive to your appointment unwell.


Interstate Travel Surcharge Policy-

In order for me to continue to bring my work across state lines, as of June 2025, a travel surcharge will be applied to all interstate bookings. This surcharge is 4.5 % of the total booking amount. This surcharge is non-negotiable and will be added to your total amount at the time of booking.

Brows​

Eyebrow Tattoo treatments may require a second session in order to achieve final results, this must be booked within 6-8 weeks of the first treatment. Two treatments are usually sufficient for most clients, however, a third follow up appointment may be required, a fee will apply.
Must be held within 6-8 weeks.

Booking

Once your booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation booking email, outlining your appointment details, and how to prepare for the treatment. As we are paperless, the consent form will be emailed to you and must be completed prior to your appointment.

Be Informed

It is important to be educated and well informed prior to committing to a cosmetic tattoo procedure.

Doing your research and asking questions, will help you with making a decision whether having a treatment is right for you. If you are unsure, a consultation will be a great option to begin with. Be sure to find an artist who's work aligns with the style of brows or freckles you are aiming to achieve. 

Refresh

Refresher appointments are charged for one session only, and are calculated from the time since your last appointment. Under circumstances where a revisit is required or desired, a fee will apply. This session must be held within 6-8 weeks.

Good to know

We're all the same but not quite. We all heal and respond differently, we understand that each person is unique, and healing experiences can vary.
As such, we cannot guarantee specific results or the longevity of your tattoo. During your consultation, we will thoroughly discuss these factors and offer guidance on how to achieve the best possible retention. Detailed instructions will also be provided in your booking email. We encourage you to carefully review all communication, as we are committed to maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout your booking process and service.

Freckles

Freckle Tattooing generally only needs the one appointment to achieve desired results. However preferences of desired outcomes vary for individuals. Where a follow up appointment is required or desired, a fee will apply. Touch ups must be held within 6-8 weeks before touch up fee increases to Refresher appointments timeframes.

Previously Tattooed Eyebrows​

If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, a clear photograph of your brows will be requested prior to attending your appointment. Unfortunately not all brows can be corrected or covered, and if this is the case, your deposit will be refunded to you. *​

Clients with brows previously tattooed by another artist will not be eligible to book a refresher appointments. Full treatment cost will apply.​​

Non Refundable Policy

Given the healing process and individual differences in results, clients are encouraged to make informed decisions, and follow all skin preparation advice.

We cannot accept responsibility for outcomes if advice and recommendations are not followed.
Understanding that various factors such as skincare products, skin types, hormones, medications and lifestyle can influence outcomes.

We maintain a non-refundable policy.

Aftercare

You will be provided with aftercare and instructions on how to look after your brows/freckles. No responsibility will be taken for clients not adhering to instructions.

Little Feather operates in a private space within Oculus Tattoo, an all inclusive safe space. Oppressive attitudes or phobias of any kind will not be tolerated.

FAQs

  • So long as your skin type is healthy and suitable for your chosen treatment, and your immune system is in good health.

    ​You will be asked for a doctors clearance if any of the following apply to you:

    Auto immune disorders, Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Cancer, Diabetes, High Blood

    Pressure.

  • If the integrity of your skin is compromised, large pores, deep wrinkles or raised skin, or have rosacea, eczema on the face, or severe acne, tattooed freckles will not be a suitable treatment for you.

  • Of course you are, there are probably many reasons as to why you will feel nervous, and it is entirely normal. The services performed are quite gentle, and the ambience is calm. LF is very thorough with informing you about the ins and outs of the treatment, and if there is anything she hasn't covered, you will have plenty of time to ask as many questions as you need. Once the service has begun, you will slip into a state of relaxation, some client's even catch up on some ZzZz

  • If you are unsure about what brow or freckle service to choose, this can be discussed either prior or during your consultation/appointment. Taking into consideration skin type suitability, your usual make up routine, client preference, and what will be most suitable for your facial features overall. Simply book “Undecided Brows or Undecided Freckles” and we can work this out together.

  • You will not be able to wear make up on or around the treated area until fully healed.

  • It is advised that you refrain from any exercise for at least 7 days after your treatment. This includes gym, running, yoga, sauna + spa's, pools and ocean dips.

  • Cosmetic tattoo can last between 6 months up to 2-3 years, although this cannot be determined, as the length of time is different for each individual, and depends on a list of certain factors. Although medications, exposure to the sun, cellular turnover, skin treatments and skincare products you may use, can have an effect on the longevity of your cosmetic tattoo. You will be given advice on how to care for your cosmetic tattoo long term, in order to assist with its longevity. Annual touch ups are recommended to keep your brows and freckles fresh.

  • It can take between 10-14 days for your brows to heal. Freckles can take between 7-10 days to heal. It will be at least 4 weeks for the true colour to appear.

  • When you leave the studio, your brows or freckles will look crisp. The day after you may feel a sense of panic as they will appear really bold and dark, from then on they will fade, shrink, soften, they will itch, they may peel and flake, and then the colour will return, with a softer tone, and at that point you'll be wondering whether it's all normal... and yes it is. Please trust the healing process and know that your skin immediately begins working for you and healing itself.

  • Everybody is welcome. No discrimination. LF is an all inclusive safe space, as are the tattoo studios in which we work in

  • Under 18 years of age
    Heart problems
    Haemophilia
    Triggered hyperpigmentation/Melasma. Currently undergoing Chemotherapy
    Keloid scarring
    Healing disorders
    Currently on Accutane/Retin-A or have recently stopped taking Accutane/Retin-A -You must wait 6 months before you are able to be tattooed -
    Steroids
    Corticosteroids such as Prednisone
    Antibiotics
    Pregnant or Breastfeeding.

    Clients who suffer from severe anxiety are highly encouraged to book a consultation appointment to begin with.

  • Due to capacity restrictions, we are unable to accommodate company. Children are not permitted into the space under any circumstances

  • We accept cash, bank transfer/PAYID deposit.

    Zippay is available for all cosmetic tattoo services, please note this will include a 2.2% surcharge.
    A deposit is still required to secure an appointment. The remaining balance of your treatment can be paid through Zippay, so long as the application has been approved prior to your appointment. Please advise in advance if you would like pay for your treatment with Zippay
